How to Rent?

Step 1: Email Us!
Email UsTell us:
- How long do you need to rent?
- What equipment you need to rent?
- When will you pick up and drop off the food trailer?

Step 2: Pick up the Food Trailer (approx. 60 mins)
- Come to our garage with your car (with Tow Bar and appropriate Towing Capacity)
- Pay for Security Deposit (approximatly AUD$1000), we will fully refund/return it within after returning. Unless damage to the trailer/equipment has been found. In this case, we will deduct an amount for repair/fix.
- Sign a contract (Ensure you will take all responsibility during the period of rental)
- Inspect and learn how to operate the trailer safely
- You are ready to go :)

Step 3: Get Your-self Legally Ready
- Prepare a food safety program;
- Obtain a food safety certificate for your business from council if required;
- Obtain a food safety supervisour if required;
- Obtain your business insurance (some events/market have included)

To book our services, please follow these simple steps:
- Contact us via email/Instagram direct message.
- Provide the following event details:
- Address
- Date
- Time
- Estimated Capacity (Number of Customers/Guests)
- Food Preferences (Please Refer to the Menu)
- If applicable, let us know about your electricity supply availability (e.g., 10Amp x 1 & 10Amp/15Amp x 1).
- We will respond to your inquiry and guide you through the booking process.

- Fees: There is NO charge if guests pay for their food on site, and electricity is provided by organiser. (note: condition applies to events with a minimum of 5 hours; fee may apply to events less than 5 hours )

- Electricity Requirement: 10amp (also known as Wall Plug) x2 OR 10amp x1 + 15amp x1
- Menu Range: Croissant Sandwich, Rice Bowl, Shaved Snow, Bubble Egg waffle, Bubble Milk Tea & Silky Milk Tea, Ice-cream(Soft Serve)/Sundae (Parfait).
